In honor of world book day I wanted to reflect a couple of books that changed the way I think. Often we are stuck in old ways of thinking. Even ways that are no longer serving us. The happiness advantage is a book that I am reading now. It discusses ways on how you can boost your happiness through positive interactions and mindset. It shifted the way I interact with my kids and how I can help them make good choices. Extreme ownership also shifted how I think about owning my actions and the outcomes. It helped me stop blaming others for my poor choices. I could list an endless number of books that have changed the way I think.
